REFUND POLICY


CAN I REFUND OR EXCHANGE THE ITEMS I HAVE BOUGHT?

No, all items are non-refundable and non-exchangable.


WHAT IF THE ITEM RECEIVED IS THE WRONG ITEM OR DAMAGED?

We sincerely apologise if this happens but if it does happen, please inform us within 24 hours of receiving the parcel. 

Kindly take a picture of the wrong/damaged item and email it to madrecustomerservice@gmail.com within 14 days of receipt.

We will exchange the wrong item with the correct item, provided the wrong item has not been opened / used (seal MUST be intact) and still in good condition. 


WHAT IF THE ITEM I HAVE PURCHASED IS OUT OF STOCK?

We sincerely apologise if this happens too but if it does happen, we will inform you and provide you with a full refund.
