REFUND POLICY


CAN I REFUND OR EXCHANGE THE ITEMS I HAVE BOUGHT?

No, all items are non-refundable and non-exchangable.


WHAT IF THE ITEM RECEIVED IS THE WRONG ITEM OR DAMAGED?

We sincerely apologise if this happens but if it does happen, please inform us within 24 hours of receiving the parcel. 

Kindly take a picture of the wrong/damaged item and email it to madrecustomerservice@gmail.com within 5 working days from date of receipt. Otherwise, we will assume that you are satisfied with the item.

For wrong item received, we will exchange the wrong item with the correct item for you, provided the wrong item has not been opened / used (seal MUST be intact) and still in good condition. We will arrange our courier to pickup the item from you and once we have received them in good condition, we will send out the correct item to you as soon as possible. All shipment cost will be completely on our expense.

For damaged item received, we will also arrange our courier to pickup the item from you and once we have inspect them, we will either issue a replacement or issue a refund. If the product is not found to be defective, shipping fees will apply and a partial refund may be issued.

We sincerely apologise if this happens too but if it does happen, we will inform you and provide you with a full refund.
